Transitioning from our old and expensive virtual ticketing system was SO easy. The team helped me build two auditorium maps (the thing that kept me from transitioning sooner)..and I was up and running within minutes. There is such a variety of options for customization it's crazy, and so helpful and when I ask for help, they are right there..I do not need to make an appointment. When they told me they could link my virtual performance from another company( that I HAD to use) into their system so I only had to give my customers one link for virtual or in person performances, that just did it. I'm a fan for life.
